You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years old, ensuring you meet the requirements for this role. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers on their driveways, bringing happiness and excitement to their car-buying journey. Your role will involve working flexible hours, including weekends, as you adapt to the needs of the business and the customers. You will also have the opportunity to participate in community events, further enhancing Carvana's presence and reputation in the local area.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases every 90 days. You can progress from $17/hr to $19/hr within your first year based on your performance.
