Guidepoint is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive business development in the financial services sector. You'll develop and execute sales strategies targeting financial institutions in Asia. This role requires expertise in sales and account management.
You are an experienced sales and business development professional with a strong background in the financial services sector. You have a proven track record of selling into global and regional financial institutions and consulting businesses in Asia. Your passion for making a difference drives you to build effective client relationships and expand business opportunities. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey market developments to both marketing and client service teams effectively.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have a strategic mindset that allows you to develop and execute sales strategies designed to achieve revenue targets. You are adept at strategic sales and account management planning, taking initiatives from concept to execution. Your ability to set targets, vision, and strategy ensures that you meet and exceed performance metrics.
In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving revenue targets as part of the regional and global sales team. You will engage in strategic sales and account management planning, ensuring that your initiatives are aligned with the overall business goals. Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients across the spectrum of institutional and investment firm clients in Asia will be a key focus of your work. You will proactively seek out opportunities to expand Guidepoint's reach with both new and existing clients.
You will communicate market developments to the marketing and client service teams, ensuring that they are informed and equipped to support the sales efforts. Your role will involve significant interaction with clients, where you will establish effective relationships that contribute to the growth of the business. You will also collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to align your strategies with the broader objectives of the organization.
