Anthropic is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to build and scale their customer marketing function across EMEA. You'll craft compelling customer stories and design co-marketing programs for strategic enterprise accounts. This role requires deep experience in B2B customer marketing.
You have extensive experience in B2B customer marketing, particularly within the EMEA region, and a proven track record of building customer advocacy programs from the ground up. You excel at crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, and you understand the nuances of regional market dynamics. Your ability to design high-touch account engagement strategies for enterprise customers sets you apart. You are skilled in orchestrating key moments that deepen relationships with decision-makers, ensuring that customer stories are effectively communicated and celebrated.
