Formlabs is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead their direct sales team in the EMEA region. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of representatives. This role requires strong leadership and technical sales acumen.

Who you are

You are an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in managing teams and driving sales growth. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you understand the importance of building relationships and delivering value to clients. You possess technical sales acumen, allowing you to effectively communicate the benefits of advanced 3D printing technology to diverse audiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving targets and fostering team success. You have experience in coaching and developing sales representatives, helping them enhance their skills and effectiveness in customer interactions. You are adaptable and can work collaboratively across various functions to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage a team of direct sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped to respond effectively to inbound requests from tech-savvy professionals in the EMEA region. You will consistently deliver target bookings growth by increasing sales rep activity and efficiency. Coaching your team will be a key responsibility, as you will work to enhance the quality and speed of customer interactions. You will also be involved in hiring and onboarding new team members, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture and equipped for success. Collaboration will be essential, as you will work across sales teams to distill best practices and align efforts between channel and direct sales teams. Additionally, you will partner closely with service and product teams to inform strategic decisions and clear obstacles that may hinder sales performance.
