Clear Street is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead client connectivity initiatives. You'll collaborate with engineering and business teams to enhance system integrations. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in client-facing positions.
You have a strong background in connectivity solutions and have spent several years working in client-facing roles within the tech industry. Your experience includes collaborating with engineering teams to build and connect systems that enhance client interactions. You understand the importance of effective communication and are skilled at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in environments that promote collaboration and diversity, and you are committed to fostering a culture of teamwork and support.
Experience with capital markets or financial technology is a plus, as is familiarity with third-party service provider systems such as Broadridge, FlexTrade, and Nasdaq. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and are adaptable to changing business needs. Your ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively will contribute to your success in this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the connectivity team, ensuring that various sets of infrastructure communicate seamlessly. You will work closely with Sales, Trading, and Operations teams to understand their connectivity needs and develop solutions that enhance their workflows. Your role will involve engaging with clients to gather feedback and implement changes that improve their experience with Clear Street's platform. You will also collaborate with engineers to orchestrate technical solutions that aggregate data from various platforms, enabling stakeholders to utilize this information for reporting and decision-making.
You will lead initiatives that impact the Electronic Trading and Prime Services teams, ensuring that connectivity changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to navigate complex technical environments and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams will be crucial. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovation within the connectivity space.
