Carvana is seeking an Auto Painter to join their team in Chesterfield, VA. You'll be responsible for priming vehicles, performing final sanding, and executing painting tasks. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-paced environment at Carvana. You understand the importance of precision and quality in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you paint meets high standards. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime to meet business needs and contribute to the company's mission. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Experience with various automotive painting techniques, including buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush skills would be beneficial. Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and equipment used in automotive painting is a plus. You are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana.
As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before painting. You will mix paints to achieve the desired color and finish, ensuring that the paint application is smooth and even. Your role will also involve buffing and touch-up work to perfect the final appearance of the vehicles. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to deliver high-quality results. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that all vehicles are prepared and painted according to Carvana's standards. Additionally, you will participate in training programs to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
