Recruiting Operations Manager (Part-time)

You are an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in managing the hiring process from initial screening to interview coordination. You understand the importance of maintaining a respectful candidate experience while enabling hiring managers to focus on decision-making. You can operate independently and asynchronously, demonstrating strong judgment in a fast-moving environment. You are based in Australia and are looking for a part-time role that allows you to contribute to a dynamic team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the screening and early-stage hiring workflow at Tailor, ensuring that candidates move through the funnel smoothly and professionally. You will review inbound applicants, run initial screens, and coordinate interviews, acting as the operational backbone of our recruiting process. You will work closely with founders and hiring managers across multiple functions and geographies, supporting the hiring process in a way that aligns with Tailor's mission and values. Your role is critical to maintaining a high-quality candidate experience, and you will be responsible for ensuring that all interactions reflect the company's commitment to respect and professionalism.
