What you'll do

As the Global Expensify Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Expensify platform, ensuring that expense reports are reviewed and approved in a timely manner. You will support employees in navigating the platform and assist approvers with their responsibilities. Your role will involve maintaining the integration between Expensify and NetSuite, ensuring that all financial data is accurately reflected in reporting. You will collaborate with the payroll and finance teams to ensure that expenses are processed correctly and that month-end and year-end financial reporting is accurate. You will also be tasked with conducting operational reviews to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement in the expense reporting process.
