Who you are

You have a strong background in AI and data solutions, with a focus on deep learning and Generative AI. Your experience includes creating and maintaining repositories of reusable assets, identifying high-potential projects for demos and prototypes. You excel in collaborating with delivery teams to adapt and extract reusable assets from past projects, ensuring that your work is scalable and modular. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

You are familiar with multiple domains such as CPG, pharma, and BFSI, which enables you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in each sector. Your experience working with international stakeholders in a consultative environment has honed your skills in building relationships and driving projects forward. You are passionate about solving complex unstructured business problems and are eager to engage with clients to understand their business context.

Desirable

Experience in creating accelerators, reusable IP, or industry-specific solutions is a plus. You have a proven ability to collaborate across delivery, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring that your projects align with business goals and client needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of Generative AI assets, working closely with various teams to create impactful solutions. You will be responsible for building scalable demo environments that can be customized for multiple clients, ensuring that each solution is tailored to meet specific business needs. Your role will involve partnering with marketing to package and present these demos for campaigns, highlighting the business value of your solutions.

You will also develop interactive, story-driven demo flows that connect features to client KPIs, showcasing the effectiveness of your AI solutions. Collaborating with the AI Center of Excellence and data engineering teams, you will integrate realistic datasets into your projects, enhancing the relevance and applicability of your work.
