What you'll do

In your role, you will manage transcription orders, ensuring that all tasks are prioritized and unclaimed tasks are addressed swiftly. You will be responsible for maintaining industry-leading turnaround times and quality standards, which are crucial for client satisfaction. Your ability to resolve issues quickly will be essential in maintaining workflow efficiency. You will oversee a community of contractors, ensuring they not only meet but exceed KPIs for productivity and engagement. Your role will involve regular communication with various teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
