As a Data Center Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the heartbeat of AWS's global cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include hardware and network repair, installation of equipment, and creating documentation for processes and solutions. You will be tasked with innovating solutions to fix problems within the data center space, ensuring that operations run smoothly 24/7. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and specialists to uphold the highest standards for safety and security. Your role will also involve traveling within and outside of the regional work area as needed to support various data center operations.
