Mithrl is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale their AI Co-Scientist product. You'll work across frontend and backend systems, collaborating with product and scientific teams. This role requires strong full-stack engineering skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development. You understand the intricacies of building scalable systems and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. Your expertise in Java, JavaScript, and Python allows you to tackle complex challenges and create intuitive user experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, designers, and scientists to transform intricate workflows into seamless software solutions. You are comfortable making architectural decisions and setting engineering standards, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices. You possess a bias toward shipping and are adept at navigating ambiguity in fast-moving projects.
