Job Description

The Large Appliances team works to ensure the best fulfilment experience to our customers on Amazon, developing mechanisms to build enablers/checkpoints in the system to ensure hassle-free buying and a convenient, post sale service. The team obsesses on measuring and influencing customer satisfaction through a combination of long-term initiatives and the intermediate-solves.

In this role, you will contribute to Amazon's mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional service to customers by aligning and maintaining high quality standards with our partners/stakeholders.

As Catalog Lead, you will be responsible to develop/improve mechanisms and undertake initiatives to simplify shopper browse journey by enriching catalog quality. You will be responsible for effectively managing defects/escalations of complex problems and identify, evaluate and drive program/technical enablers. You will work closely with management, business owners, SME teams and external stakeholders to raise the bar on surfacing relevant information to customer in a manner that simplifies and enables decision making.

This position requires a strong analytical ability with a demonstrated history of problem solving through insight generation/data-mining and automation of manual efforts. Familiarity with Excel-VBA and SQL is key to delivering in the role.- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications- 3+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
