Amazon is seeking an Email & App Marketing Associate to enhance customer experiences through email and push notifications. You'll work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and coding skills in HTML/CSS to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in email and app marketing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of customer marketing strategies. Your technical expertise in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud allows you to enhance customer experiences effectively. You are organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and progression of messaging. You have a solid foundation in coding, particularly in HTML and CSS, which you utilize to design and troubleshoot email communications and push notifications. You are familiar with executing A/B tests to continuously improve performance and optimize reporting and targeting opportunities.
Experience with dynamic content and marketing automation systems is a plus. Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in email marketing campaigns will set you apart. You may also have experience in collaborating with tech teams to provide recommendations for marketing cloud platforms.
In this role, you will support and develop Zappos' global email and push notification program, which is critical for driving revenue growth. You will code, build, and test email communications and push notifications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality. Daily tasks will include setting up, testing, and launching dynamic content, as well as monitoring active campaigns to quickly troubleshoot and resolve any errors. You will design emails and refresh existing templates as needed, utilizing your HTML/CSS skills and marketing cloud developer tools. Additionally, you will manage the calendar across multiple campaigns to ensure on-time delivery and effective messaging progression. You will execute A/B tests to continuously improve performance across email and push notifications, serving as the technical expert for the marketing cloud platform to optimize reporting, targeting, acquisition, and retention opportunities.
