Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, strategic Sr. Program Manager to develop and drive the operational arm of the Business Development and Partnerships team across Shopbop and Zappos. As the Sr. Program Manager, you lead development and implementation of our annual calendar of key brand moments, integrating inputs from stakeholders and business priorities. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming strategic vision into operational excellence, driving delivery of our most critical business priorities throughout the year.

This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and operational rigor. You will map the annual priorities of key initiatives across both Shopbop and Zappos, identifying opportunities for synergies, resource optimization, and maximum impact. By establishing robust frameworks and process efficiencies, you'll enable both brands to execute with precision and consistency on their most important moments.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development and Partnerships, you will partner with senior leadership regularly, and are empowered to drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Technology, and Operations teams. Your ability to build strong relationships, influence, and align diverse stakeholders around common goals will be essential to success.
This role represents a unique opportunity to shape the infrastructure that drives two distinct brands, creating systems that amplify our partnerships and elevate our largest brand moments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution, with the ultimate goal of driving measurable business results through collaborative leadership.


Key job responsibilities
1. Strategic Program Leadership - Develop and manage comprehensive annual brand calendars for Shopbop and Zappos, identifying key priorities, aligning cross-brand opportunities, and ensuring strategic execution of Tier 1 campaigns and partnerships that drive maximum business impact.
2. Cross-Functional Orchestration - Serve as the central connector between departments (Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Technology, Operations), aligning resources and stakeholders across both brands to execute on high-profile brand moments and partnership activations.
3. Partnership & Campaign Management - Lead end-to-end program management for premium brand partnerships and Tier 1 campaigns, from initial scoping and planning through execution, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and business objectives.
4. Process Development & Optimization - Create standardized frameworks, playbooks, and mechanisms that drive operational efficiency, streamline collaboration, and establish scalable, repeatable processes for the Business Development and Partnerships team.
5. Performance Measurement & Strategic Insights - Establish KPIs for major initiatives, develop executive reporting on program outcomes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate learnings into actionable insights that enhance future partnership effectiveness.
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree- 8+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
