With at least 3 years in a technical leadership role and 2 years in people management, you are well-versed in guiding teams to success. You thrive in complex, matrixed organizations and are comfortable navigating the challenges that come with them. You understand the importance of optimizing code not just for yourself but also for your team, ensuring that best practices are followed across the board. A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, as is experience working in a large-scale environment. You have a track record of managing project goals and contributing to product strategy, which will be invaluable in this role. As an Engineering Manager II at Google, you will lead a team of engineers working on Top of Rack Infrastructure.
