Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, along with excellent written communication skills. Experience in fraud or compliance investigation is a significant plus, as it aligns with the responsibilities of this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct complex manual reviews of earners' accounts to identify illegitimate and high-risk activities. You will also review and action appeal requests on accounts that have been flagged by our processes. Responding to complex escalations on edge cases across EMEA will be part of your daily tasks. You will work with high-impact issues related to brand safety, tailoring your approach to different scenarios as needed. Summarizing your findings into trends will be crucial, as you will collaborate closely with Risk Investigators to enhance the performance of our processes. Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration within the Krakow office and with regional coordinators across EMEA.
