Uber is seeking a Fraud Manual Reviewer II to join their Fraud Managed Services team in Krakow. You'll conduct detailed investigations and manual reviews to prevent fraudulent activities. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
You have a keen eye for spotting patterns and a strong analytical mentality that drives you to dig into details. Your attention to detail is paramount, and you are willing to explore complex situations when standard methods do not yield results. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, along with excellent written communication skills. Experience in fraud or compliance investigation is a significant plus, as it aligns with the responsibilities of this role.
In this role, you will conduct complex manual reviews of earners' accounts to identify illegitimate and high-risk activities. You will also review and action appeal requests on accounts that have been flagged by our processes. Responding to complex escalations on edge cases across EMEA will be part of your daily tasks. You will work with high-impact issues related to brand safety, tailoring your approach to different scenarios as needed. Summarizing your findings into trends will be crucial, as you will collaborate closely with Risk Investigators to enhance the performance of our processes. Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration within the Krakow office and with regional coordinators across EMEA.
