Principal Product Manager - AI Security, Data Access Governance and DLP

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in AI and data security domains — you've successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch, demonstrating your ability to drive strategic vision and execution. Your background includes working with AI/SaaS products, and you possess a strong understanding of data security risks associated with these technologies. You are adept at identifying market opportunities and crafting compelling product visions that resonate with SMB and mid-market businesses.

Your experience includes exposure to data access governance and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions — you understand the challenges organizations face in securing their content and are passionate about developing innovative solutions that address these needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional products that meet user needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of next-generation security products, shaping and delivering innovative solutions that integrate Nira’s governance capabilities into Dropbox. You will define and launch an AI-driven roadmap, focusing on intelligent features that streamline access control, enforce real-time DLP, and proactively detect security risks. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities in the SMB and mid-market security space, crafting a clear product vision, and accelerating adoption with a differentiated value proposition.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development aligns with market needs and company goals. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights that inform product enhancements and drive user engagement. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking product performance to ensure that your initiatives deliver measurable results.
