Lyft is hiring a Data Analyst for the Rider Experience team to drive insights and improve customer experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage your analytical skills to deliver actionable recommendations. This role requires expertise in data analysis and visualization.
You have a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on improving customer experiences through actionable insights. You are a critical thinker and exceptional problem solver, capable of identifying business opportunities and driving impact through data-centric presentations. Your experience includes managing end-to-end analysis processes, creating frameworks, and defining key metrics that guide decision-making. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional partners such as Engineering, Product, and Marketing to deliver data-driven insights. You are passionate about using data to shape product and business strategy, and you have a keen eye for monitoring and diagnosing product performance.
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with dashboard development and business health monitoring. You are comfortable presenting findings to senior leadership and have a knack for translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. A background in rideshare or similar industries would be beneficial, but not required.
In this role, you will manage and own the end-to-end analysis on rider experience, ensuring that you create frameworks and define key metrics that align with Lyft's business strategy.
