Fender is seeking a PLC Maintenance Mechanic to join their team in Corona. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing PLC systems, motor control circuitry, and CNC equipment. This role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
You have a high school diploma or equivalent and bring 3-5 years of experience in maintenance mechanics, particularly with PLC systems. Your expertise includes troubleshooting and repairing motor control circuitry and CNC machinery, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. You are detail-oriented and capable of identifying parts for replacement and managing orders as needed. Your strong problem-solving skills enable you to investigate and respond to equipment issues effectively, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
Experience with custom design projects of manufacturing equipment is a plus, as is familiarity with planning and organizing maintenance schedules. You understand the importance of enforcing safety regulations and maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. As a PLC Maintenance Mechanic at Fender, you will engage in all aspects of building and equipment repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance throughout the manufacturing plant. You will also be involved in preventative and structural maintenance, ensuring that all machinery is in optimal working condition. In addition to repairs, you will investigate equipment problems, assess issues, and implement effective solutions.
