Job Description

Amazon’s Delivery Experience (DEX) team is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Technical (PMT) to lead highly complex, high-impact initiatives that shape how millions of customers receive their orders. You will be at the forefront of transforming the delivery experience, working at the intersection of technology, data science, economics, and operations to drive innovations in core speed.

This is a high-visibility role with executive-level exposure. You will define and deliver products that require deep technical acumen, strong business judgment, and an ability to work across a broad range of stakeholders including software engineering, machine learning, supply chain, and finance teams.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key components of the Delivery Experience.

Partner with engineering to build scalable systems that optimize delivery promise, routing, and fulfillment in real-time.

Collaborate with scientists and economists to leverage machine learning and causal inference models to improve speed, reduce cost, and manage tradeoffs.

Drive customer-centric innovation, using data to deeply understand pain points and craft scalable solutions.

Align product vision with long-term business goals and influence cross-functional teams to deliver on that vision.

Communicate program status and product impact to senior leadership, including writing and presenting clear and compelling documents.

Operate in ambiguity, managing multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
