Sophos is seeking a Change & Adoption Associate to drive IT service experience transformation and facilitate employee engagement. This role requires expertise in change management strategies and communication campaigns.
You have a strong background in change management and employee engagement, with experience in developing and executing strategies that enhance productivity and satisfaction. In this role, you will be the primary driver of IT service experience transformation at Sophos, acting as the critical interlock between IT Service & Operations and our 5,500 employees globally. You will develop and execute change management strategies that ensure seamless adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working. Your responsibilities will include building compelling communication campaigns that engage employees and facilitate their transition to new systems.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices that enhance the overall IT service experience. Your role will involve facilitating workshops and training sessions to educate employees on new tools and processes, ensuring they feel supported throughout the transition.
You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of change initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for future improvements. By embedding continuous improvement practices across the organization, you will help create a culture that embraces change and innovation.
