You have a strong background in product management with a focus on technical solutions, ideally with 5+ years of experience in leading product initiatives that leverage AI and machine learning. You excel in high-visibility environments, navigating complex stakeholder relationships and driving strategic decisions that align with business needs. Experience with enterprise-scale systems architecture and financial modeling is a plus. In this role, you will design and build integrated workforce planning systems that handle complex scenarios, embedding AI-driven recommendations to facilitate decision-making for senior leaders. You will create intuitive interfaces that make sophisticated planning accessible, ensuring that business leaders can easily navigate the tools you develop. Collaborating closely with finance and business teams, you will enable real-time workforce modeling and decision-making, launching new features and customer experiences while tracking key performance metrics. You will drive project execution from concept to completion, delivering regular status updates to stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives that influence senior stakeholders through exceptional written narratives. Your role will also involve making critical technical trade-offs on complex systems architecture, ensuring that the solutions you build are scalable and effective.
