Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management with a focus on technical solutions, ideally with 5+ years of experience in leading product initiatives that leverage AI and machine learning. You excel in high-visibility environments, navigating complex stakeholder relationships and driving strategic decisions that align with business needs. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and technical teams sets you apart, as you can translate complex concepts into actionable insights. You are comfortable working in high-ambiguity situations, rapidly prototyping solutions while maintaining a clear vision of the end goal. Your experience in workforce planning or similar domains is a significant asset, as you understand the intricacies of aligning talent investments with organizational objectives.
