Teya is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Mobile Engineering team to lead the development of mobile applications that enhance the user experience for small and medium businesses. You'll work with technologies like Java, Swift, and Kotlin to build reliable and intuitive apps. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in mobile development.
You have 5+ years of experience in mobile engineering, with a strong background in leading teams and delivering high-quality mobile applications. Your expertise in both iOS and Android development means you understand the nuances of building for different platforms, and you have a proven track record of shipping successful apps that meet user needs. You are passionate about creating intuitive user experiences and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the app is polished and user-friendly.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of project goals and timelines.
