What you'll do

As a Product Manager on the Finance Transformation team, you will lead initiatives that focus on redesigning and scaling core finance and business processes. You will work closely with finance, accounting, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance speed, accuracy, and insight. Your role will involve defining problems, designing future-state processes, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of solutions. You will collaborate with AI and application engineers to shape technical priorities and ensure that solutions are built with scalability and auditability in mind. You will also engage with various stakeholders to align on outcomes and drive the roadmap for finance-critical domains such as Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash. Your success will be measured by your ability to turn fragmented workflows into well-controlled platforms that support OpenAI's growth.
