Overview

VTEX is seeking an Outbound & LDR Analyst to drive proactive outbound demand generation. You'll utilize automation, AI, and market intelligence to identify decision-makers and generate opportunities for the Sales team. This role requires experience in sales development and a data-driven mindset.

Who you are

You have experience in outbound, sales development, or lead development roles — you understand the nuances of engaging potential clients and are comfortable working with target account strategies. Your data-driven approach ensures that you are always optimizing your outreach efforts based on performance insights. You possess strong skills in personalization and value-based communication, allowing you to initiate relevant conversations that resonate with decision-makers. Your curiosity about automation, AI, and market intelligence tools drives you to continuously improve your strategies and effectiveness in generating leads.

Desirable

Experience with CRM tools or sales automation platforms would be a plus, as would familiarity with data analytics to track and measure the success of your outreach efforts. A background in technology or e-commerce can also enhance your ability to communicate effectively with potential clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will execute outbound demand generation strategies based on VTEX’s target account list — your primary responsibility will be to identify decision-makers using data, automation, and AI tools. You will personalize outreach at scale, ensuring that each communication is relevant and engaging. Your role will also involve qualifying both inbound and outbound opportunities and routing them to the Sales team for further engagement. You will continuously optimize outbound strategies based on performance insights, applying AI to improve targeting accuracy and outreach effectiveness. Collaboration with the Sales team will be essential as you work together to convert leads into opportunities.
