Varicent is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead their Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager teams. This role focuses on driving customer outcomes and maximizing seller performance in a collaborative environment.
You have a proven track record of leadership in customer success, with extensive experience in managing teams and driving customer outcomes. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and data enables you to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in service delivery.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively represent the voice of the customer within the organization. As the Vice President of Customer Success at Varicent, you will lead the Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager teams across various customer segments, including Growth, Enterprise, and Strategic. Your primary responsibility will be to drive customer outcomes, adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and enhancements.
You will develop and execute strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from Varicent's solutions. Your role will involve analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, allowing you to proactively address customer needs and concerns.
