You have a strong background in category management and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You are skilled in driving catalog excellence and assortment optimization, ensuring that the strategies you implement lead to measurable growth across various markets. You thrive in a collaborative environment, acting as a strategic partner to local teams and ensuring that best practices are shared and implemented effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Your analytical mindset enables you to interpret data effectively, making informed decisions that align with Glovo's mission to revolutionize the way people connect with their everyday needs. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience in the Q-Commerce sector is a plus, as is familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies. By leveraging data, you will help local teams make informed decisions about product offerings and marketing strategies. Your insights will be crucial in driving the overall performance of Glovo's category management efforts.
