You have a proven track record in sales management, with experience leading a consultative sales process and achieving quotas. Your professional fluency in both Japanese and English allows you to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients. You possess superior coaching skills, enabling you to observe, evaluate, and apply various techniques to develop your team members' sales capabilities. You understand the importance of building trust and confidence with your direct reports, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.

You are knowledgeable about inbound marketing and sales, particularly the HubSpot platform, and you stay updated on market trends in Japan. Your ability to collaborate with other sales managers and executives is crucial for driving business growth and achieving team goals. You are adept at recruiting, selecting, and training new team members, ensuring that your team is equipped with the skills necessary to succeed in a competitive environment.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven sales environment is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies that emphasize customer engagement and relationship building. What you'll do

As the Manager - Corporate Sales at HubSpot, you will lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals, focusing on activity metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets. Your understanding of the Japanese market will be essential as you build and execute plans to grow your territory. You will demonstrate HubSpot's core values and leadership traits in all interactions, applying various leadership training styles to effectively engage with your direct reports. Your ability to forecast sales numbers and achieve your new/net quota each month will be critical to your success in this role.
