What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the AMER Portfolio Strategy team, providing strategic insights into new and existing office spaces. You will develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the existing portfolio and occupancy planning approaches. Collaborating with regional leads from EMEA and APAC, you will drive the global portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs. You will oversee a team of Portfolio Strategists, guiding them in their efforts to maximize portfolio value through property acquisition, disposition, and lease activities. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving financial performance goals and executing strategies that enhance operational efficiencies. You will also be responsible for proactively identifying risks and implementing measures to mitigate them, ensuring the success of the portfolio strategy.
