What you'll do

As the VP of Customer Operations at Emburse, you will own and evolve the operational foundation of the end-to-end client experience. This includes overseeing delivery, engagement, and renewal processes to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with various teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

You will lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve the overall client journey, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that the operational models are both scalable and economically sound.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will partner with functional leaders to align on goals and drive execution.
