You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to articulate the Employer Value Proposition and ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints. You have a strong background in employer branding and talent acquisition, with experience in developing and executing branding strategies that resonate with diverse talent segments. Your strategic mindset allows you to articulate and evolve an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that attracts and retains top talent. You excel in collaboration, bringing together cross-functional stakeholders to create a unified brand narrative that reflects the company's values and mission. As a leader, you are passionate about mentoring and guiding a team of specialists, fostering their growth while ensuring alignment with the overall branding strategy. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle the challenges of scaling an employer brand internationally.
Experience in the tech or AI industry is a plus, as is familiarity with global talent markets. You have a proven track record of successfully managing branding initiatives and campaigns that enhance employer visibility and appeal.
