AvePoint is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive product adoption and retention for strategic partner accounts. You'll collaborate closely with partner account managers and focus on onboarding and enablement efforts. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a technical background in data security and governance.
You have a proven track record in partner success or account management, ideally within the technology sector. Your experience includes developing success plans and metrics to support onboarding and product adoption, ensuring that partners achieve their goals effectively. You excel at building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive growth. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can act as a strategic resource for partners, helping them leverage the full potential of the AvePoint Confidence Platform.
You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, enables you to align partner strategies with company objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on partner success. You are passionate about data security and governance, and you understand the importance of empowering organizations to collaborate with confidence.
Experience in the data security or cloud services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce platforms. You may have a background in technical account management or customer success, with a focus on driving product adoption and retention. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement will set you apart in this role.
In this role, you will partner with our partner account managers as the key technical lead throughout the post-sales lifecycle of our Elements/Channel business. You will develop success plans for strategic partner accounts, creating metrics to support onboarding, product adoption, and retention goals. Your responsibilities will include leading onboarding sessions, providing training and enablement resources, and ensuring that partners are equipped to maximize their use of our solutions. You will also monitor partner performance and engagement, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that partners receive the necessary support and resources to succeed. This includes working with product management to relay partner feedback and influence product development based on market needs. You will also engage in regular check-ins with partners to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns proactively. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our partner ecosystem, contributing to AvePoint's overall growth and impact in the data security space.
