What you'll do

As an Operations Manager at HelloFresh, you will oversee the receipt of products through to production and dispatch, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. You will lead a team of Shift Managers and Line Leaders, focusing on delivering shift performance while meeting key performance indicators related to health and safety, quality, and food safety. Your role will involve dynamically resolving issues that may impact shift performance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for empowering your operational team through various layers of indirect reports, fostering a culture of growth and development. You will also think creatively about the business, delivering impactful projects that enhance customer experience and improve waste management and lean production practices. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in shaping HelloFresh's employer brand by recruiting top talent for the future of the business.
