Amazon is seeking a Business Development Manager for AWS to drive customer engagement and growth. You'll leverage your customer experience and sales skills to position AWS as the preferred cloud provider. This role requires a strong background in business development and customer experience.
You have a strong background in business development, ideally with experience in customer experience and sales. You are customer-obsessed and passionate about helping customers achieve their full potential. You possess the business savvy necessary to position AWS as the cloud provider of choice for customers. You thrive in building new strategic and data-driven businesses and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results.
Experience in the cloud computing industry or familiarity with AWS services is a plus. You are comfortable working with small- and mid-market accounts as well as enterprise-level customers, including public sector clients. You have a proven track record of developing go-to-market plans and executing strategies that drive revenue and adoption.
In this role, you will join the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) CXE-Amazon Connect team as a Business Development Specialist. You will provide expertise across the entire lifecycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. You will work closely with various teams within AWS to identify customer needs and develop solutions that address their most complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will also be involved in driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS services by executing strategic initiatives and go-to-market plans.
