Description

Our team is seeking a highly autonomous and results-oriented individual with a strong background in partnering with financial institutions on consumer financing programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and is capable of dissecting complex program data, understanding key economic drivers for all parties and translating these insights into compelling, data-driven strategies.
You will be adept at navigating a complex organizational structure, proactively engaging and influencing diverse cross-functional teams across different departments and geographies, fostering collaboration, and managing competing priorities to achieve shared goals.
Your strong presentation skills will be critical in articulating sophisticated strategies and program impacts to senior leadership and external partners, gaining buy-in and driving decisions.
This is a dynamic, goal-oriented role that thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. We are looking for someone with insatiable curiosity, comfortable with lofty targets, who can think big while also meticulously sweating the details. You demonstrate a high level of integrity, a strong sense of urgency to “make things happen,” and the ability to deliver significant results while expertly balancing the needs of multiple stakeholder interests.
This highly demanding role, with the feel of a startup environment, offers end-to-end responsibilities. From independently researching industry-level trends and competitive landscapes, to strategic partner selection, program execution, and rigorous impact measurement, you will be instrumental in enabling sales through industry-leading partners and innovative financial structuring.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business development and program execution in either the financial services industry or sales roles, with a proven ability to independently lead and manage complex projects across multiple countries and diverse stakeholder groups.
Deep understanding of global financing practices including but not limited to financing, BNPL, subscription, leasing, rental pay as you go and country-specific legal/regulatory environments. Proven track record of independently structuring and negotiating sophisticated financing program agreements with major financial institutions and FinTechs.

Strong analytical capabilities, adept at dissecting data, identifying trends, and developing data-driven recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts and strategic initiatives clearly and persuasively to senior leadership and external partners.

Extensive experience working autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and constituency groups on a worldwide basis, effectively managing competing priorities and diverse perspectives. B.A. /B.S. or equivalent experience. MBA, JD or other relevant degrees preferred
