Carvana is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to enhance the car-buying experience for customers. You'll engage with customers directly and contribute to community initiatives. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are eager to contribute to a positive car-buying experience. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and address their concerns. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals and enhance the overall customer experience. You are motivated by performance-based growth opportunities and are excited about the potential to advance your career within a rapidly growing company.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about Carvana's services. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. You will work a shift from 11am to 9pm, with rotating days off, ensuring that you are available to meet customer needs throughout the week. Your performance will be monitored, and you will have the chance to progress in your role through Carvana's performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which offers merit increases every 90 days based on your contributions.

Carvana is committed to investing in your success and growth. We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with opportunities for significant increases based on your performance. You can expect to see your pay progress from $20/hr to $22/hr within your first year, along with additional performance-based incentives.
