Who you are

You have extensive experience in managing SAP projects, particularly in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Transportation Management (TM) domains. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed with excellence. You are proactive in engaging with stakeholders and possess strong accountability, which allows you to navigate complex project landscapes effectively.

You have a deep understanding of the SAP S/4HANA landscape and are skilled in system integration testing. You know how to define project scopes, validate business scenarios, and ensure that testing governance is adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to monitor execution and defect resolution is key to maintaining system integrity and delivering quality outcomes.

You excel in cross-functional collaboration, acting as the primary bridge between system integrator teams and internal stakeholders. Your communication skills enable you to clarify requirements, identify risks, and resolve issues before they escalate, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.

Your experience includes managing both onshore and offshore teams, where you track productivity and ensure efficient resource utilization. You are adept at providing ongoing direction and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that drives project success.

Desirable

Experience with additional SAP modules or related technologies would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile project management methodologies. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and have a proven track record of leading teams to achieve project goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead all aspects of the OTC and TM initiatives, acting as the primary point of contact for project execution. You will take ownership of business requirements and ensure that all functional and technical deliveries meet quality standards and timelines. Your proactive engagement with system integrators and business users will be crucial in clarifying requirements and identifying potential risks.

You will lead end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT), defining the scope of testing, validating business scenarios, and ensuring adequate test coverage. Monitoring execution and defect resolution will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the project remains on track and meets its objectives.

As a leader, you will provide ongoing direction to both onshore and offshore SI team members, tracking their productivity and ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently. Your ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams will be essential in driving alignment and achieving timely outcomes across multiple initiatives.
