You are at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license, which is essential for this role.
As a Seasonal Piecework Lead Housekeeper, you will be responsible for professionally cleaning vacation homes, ensuring that guests arrive in a spotless environment stocked with everything they need for a memorable stay. In this supervisory role, you will assist the housekeeping team with daily tasks and scheduling, providing guidance and support to ensure that all cleaning standards are met. You will work closely with local management to maintain high property standards and contribute to the overall guest experience. This position is seasonal, with employment dates beginning as soon as January 1, 2026, and continuing through the end of the season around April 15, 2026. Your exact schedule and hours will vary based on business needs, allowing for flexibility in your work.
