What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining security measures to protect LivePerson's computer systems, networks, and information. You will identify and define security needs for our systems, ensuring that they align with industry best practices. Your role will involve creating detailed security plans for both our internal systems and those utilized in cloud services. You will collaborate with other teams to identify, fix, and reduce security issues in our cloud systems, software, and processes.

You will write clear instructions and procedures for our security practices, ensuring that all team members are informed and compliant. Setting up and troubleshooting security tools and services will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will developing technical solutions to enhance system security and automate repetitive security tasks. You will serve as a key expert, assisting Security Analysts and external security partners with complex issues, ensuring that all IT and operations areas are secure and compliant with applicable laws.
