Change & Communications Lead

Who you are

You have a strong background in change management and communications, with a proven ability to design and deliver effective change management plans that maximize adoption of new capabilities and services. You are skilled in collaborating with a community of change agents, guiding them in the successful execution of change initiatives. Your experience includes measuring the effectiveness of change plans and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve better outcomes. You are adept at providing guidance on change activities across various portfolios and maintaining documentation related to change management efforts. You continuously monitor and assess change agility within the organization, ensuring that approaches remain effective and relevant.

What you'll do

In this role, you will implement and evolve communication strategy elements in alignment with the EDO strategy. You will develop and execute integrated change management and communication plans that resonate with employees and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure that change initiatives are communicated effectively and that employees are engaged throughout the process. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation that supports change management efforts, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and accessible. Additionally, you will monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as necessary to improve engagement and understanding among employees.
