Who you are

You have a proven track record in clinical management, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a healthcare setting. Your ability to drive performance and implement processes is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various levels of leadership. You are adept at analyzing performance data to inform decision-making and improve departmental outcomes. Your leadership style fosters growth and development among your team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet organizational objectives. You understand the importance of regulatory compliance and have experience maintaining policies and procedures that align with accreditation standards.

Desirable

Experience in health insurance or managed care environments is a plus, as is familiarity with case management processes. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the needs of your team and organization. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities enable you to propose initiatives that enhance clinical performance and member satisfaction.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Clinical, you will lead the Case Management team, focusing on driving clinical performance and achieving departmental goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to propose and implement initiatives that align with organizational objectives. Your role will involve direct leadership of both leaders and front-line staff, ensuring that clinical teams are supported and empowered to excel in their roles. You will leverage performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department. Regularly reviewing and maintaining policies and procedures will be essential to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within your team.

What we offer

Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $119,200 - $156,450 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in an unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses. You will work in a hybrid environment, with three days in the office each week, including a mandatory in-office day for team meetings.
