What you'll do

As the Recruiting Coordination Manager, you will lead the Americas Recruiting Coordination team, focusing on developing your coordinators and enhancing the overall candidate experience. You will work closely with your counterparts in Dublin and Mexico City to ensure that the coordination team aligns with Global Recruiting's objectives. Your role will involve streamlining recruitment processes to support Stripe's ambitious hiring agenda, ensuring that candidates have a positive experience throughout their journey. You will analyze productivity metrics and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
