What you'll do

As the Director of Virtual First at Dropbox, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the company's operating model. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, including the People organization, Real Estate and Workplace Services, and Corporate IT, to design and implement effective remote work practices. You will guide a team of program managers and specialists to ensure that Dropboxers experience meaningful work and collaboration, regardless of their location.

You will analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of current practices and identify areas for improvement. By leveraging your analytical skills, you will develop strategies that enhance employee engagement and productivity in a primarily remote environment. Your leadership will directly influence how over 2,000 Dropboxers connect and collaborate, ensuring that the company remains a leader in flexible work design.

In this role, you will also represent Dropbox in external forums, sharing insights and best practices on the future of work. Your thought leadership will help elevate the company's reputation and credibility in the industry. You will be a key player in shaping the narrative around remote work and its impact on organizational culture.
