As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will leverage your training to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their business success. You will work both from a home office and in the field, allowing you to build relationships and close deals effectively. Your role will involve setting and achieving sales targets, managing client accounts, and participating in ongoing training to enhance your skills. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives through your performance, including the chance to join our annual President’s Club Trip.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to increase significantly in your second year.
