Overview

Grafana Labs is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive growth by prospecting and nurturing existing business in the East region. This role emphasizes a consultative sales approach and requires strong relationship management skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in a consultative approach that prioritizes understanding customer needs before presenting solutions. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is paramount, as you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with existing customers. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable managing forecasts and tracking customer data to drive business growth.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry or with open-source products is a plus, as is familiarity with observability tools or platforms. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to a culture of transparency and collaboration.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities and growing existing accounts across the East region.
