Overview

Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to engage and develop key accounts in the SMB space. You'll focus on building strategic referral networks and partnerships. This role requires a proactive and organized sales professional.

Who you are

You are a forward-thinking and meticulously organized sales professional with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a knack for building and developing relationships, particularly in the small and medium-sized business sector. Your proactive nature allows you to create solutions independently, and you are self-motivated to drive results. You understand the importance of retirement benefits and are passionate about making them accessible to all workers. Your experience in account management or a related field has equipped you with the skills necessary to engage effectively with partners and clients.

Desirable

Experience in the financial services or benefits industry is a plus, as is familiarity with human capital management or technology partnerships. You are comfortable navigating complex relationships and can leverage your network to generate leads and opportunities. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of Human Interest's offerings to potential partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with various partners, including tech partners, human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors. Your primary focus will be on creating strategic referral networks that drive lead generation and new business opportunities. You will engage with key accounts to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partner relationships are nurtured and that the company’s mission of providing accessible retirement benefits is achieved. You will also track and report on the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
