You have at least 2 years of experience managing a sales team, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire others to meet their sales targets. You possess professional fluency in both English and Spanish, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients. Your strong sales skills enable you to teach sourcing and sales strategies to new team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team. You understand the importance of building confidence and trust with your direct reports, providing them with developmental feedback to enhance their professional sales skills. Your knowledge of the Iberian market equips you to build and execute effective sales plans tailored to this region. You are committed to maintaining your professional and technical knowledge of inbound marketing and the HubSpot platform, ensuring that you and your team are always equipped with the latest tools and strategies.
In this role, you will lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals, focusing on activity metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets.
