WPP is seeking a Senior Credit Controller to manage the cash collection portfolio of clients within the Media and Non-Media Credit Collections Team. This role requires effective communication and a proven track record in credit collection.
You are an experienced Credit Controller with a successful track record in managing credit collections. You possess strong communication skills and are client-focused, demonstrating resilience and determination in achieving targets. You are self-motivated and work well within a team environment, contributing to the overall success of the Credit Collections Team.
In this role, you will manage an allocated client portfolio, utilizing credit management software, email, and telephone to contact clients regarding debts owed. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure payment to contracted terms of outstanding invoices. You will work closely with the Credit Manager to meet individual and team targets, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration within the team.
