As a Head Coach (General Manager), you are the leader, strategist, and mentor of your store. You inspire your team and drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You understand the importance of using data-driven insights to build healthier communities through real food. You have a strong background in people management, food safety, and business operations, ensuring compliance and high standards in all aspects of the restaurant.
You excel in leading your team by balancing people, operations, and business performance. You foster an inclusive culture while coaching talent and using technology to optimize operations and drive profitability. You maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness, adapting to a dynamic environment and resolving any issues that arise.
In this role, you will lead the full employee lifecycle, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and inclusion. You will ensure compliance with food safety standards and deliver timely feedback to develop a strong, diverse talent pipeline. You will maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance, prioritizing team safety and resolving facility, supply, and food quality issues.
You will deliver clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned experiences for guests, acting on guest metrics and making data-informed business decisions. Your financial and business acumen will drive sales and profit by analyzing reports, managing costs, executing strategic plans, and creating effective schedules aligned with business goals.
